Job Opportunity – Climate Action Peer Network Coordinator

CFN-GBI has an exciting and unique opportunity for a GBI Climate Action Peer Network Coordinator to join our dynamic team, preferably located in our Vancouver office (remote working may be considered). This is a part-time (25 hours per week) two-year term position with possibility of extension.

Reporting to the Senior Policy Advisor and GBI Climate Action Facilitator, the primary function of this position is to provide leadership, support and management of objectives of the GBI Climate Action Peer Network comprised of a Climate Action Coordinator (CAC) in each CFN-GBI member Nation. The Peer Network Coordinator will guide, facilitate and engage with the GBI Climate Action Peer Network by working with individual CACs to support work in their respective communities related to climate action, energy efficiency, clean energy and community engagement and to guide the Climate Action Peer Network by fostering training and capacity building through training opportunities developed with and by the CACs, and through conferences, events and mentorship opportunities.
